Waste Recycling Site Manager
Responsibilities As Site Manager you will have overall responsibility for day to day operations. Duties will include: Planning and managing waste sorting, recycling and waste output from the site Ensuring all operations on site are conducted in compliance with Company Health & Safety Policies and relevant legislation. Management of the Lorry/Roro fleet e.g. booking routine PMI’s, defect resolution and maintenance People management of Drivers and Site Staff to include recruitment, training as well as ensuring drivers are working within requirements set by DVSA Management of weighbridge transactions Managing maintenance of plant, machinery and stock Qualification and Skills Experience of the waste management industry is essential along with experience in a similar position. Essential knowledge and experience: Materials Recycling Facility operation Crushing and screening Wood recycling Plant and machinery operation and maintenance Ferrous/Non Ferrous operation. Ideal, but not essential: CPC Certificate Skip Lorry and hook loader operations Benefits

Business Development Executive
Supporting the company’s sales strategy by highlighting key targets, developing and maintaining new relationships and ensuring the pipeline of potential new business is constantly evolving. Ensuring that ABC trading features on all relevant client tender lists and is in the best position possible to exploit these opportunities, including the production of tender responses. Taking a pro-active stance in contacting potential clients via the telephone, being comfortable in making initial cold calls and tenacious in following them up. Supporting the management and updating of the company’s CRM database to ensure the system is being utilised to its full potential. Working alongside the Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure that all necessary support materials to assist with new customer communications, are up-to-date and of the highest quality e.g. proposal documents, email campaigns, client presentations etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES Produce and distribute the monthly Group Sales Reports and Group Sales Meeting presentation materials through use of CRM, Excel and Powerpoint Work with the Sales Directors to identify and resolve data inaccuracies, and recommend process improvements to reduce the time taken to produce the reports Provide meaningful analysis and insight to identify opportunities for improvement in system usage, pipeline growth and cross-selling Design and deliver an appropriate suite of reports and KPIs to support the creation of a culture of learning, through usage of the self led learning tool Support Sales Leads with the creation of additional reporting solutions, both reactively and proactively Create and remove licences for new starters/leavers in the central sales systems and maintain accurate and current records of licence availability Monitor and resolve tickets relating to the central sales systems through the ticketing system, liasing with internal and external parties in order to do so Assist with the maintenance of data accuracy in the central CRM through data cleansing activities, archiving of data and
